PEACOCK will cover the cost for Standard International Shipping.
Countries and regions that can be shipped include:
1. Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines
2. Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
3. Central Asia: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait
4. Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Poland, Luxembourg, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Lithuania
5. North America: United States, Canada, Mexico 6. South America: Colombia, Chile, Brazil
Please allow 5 business days for us to dispatch your order to be shipped out (The shipping time may vary due to the uncontrollable factors, e.g.: political activities, climate changes ).
We ship internationally every working day. All orders are processed and shipped out by 5pm (PST) Monday through Friday on regular business days.
Orders placed/received after 12:00pm (PST) will be processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery time for free shipping is 5-12 business days (depending on your country). Because customs procedures & protocols vary by country, our estimated shipping times do not include the time of the custom clearance.
If you have any special shipping requirements, please make a note in your order.
By default, we will be processing Expedited Shipping for your package within 2 days after the order is placed. We regret to inform that any changes to the shipping information will be unavailable if the order is placed beyond the 2 days period.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer.
If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither peacock1957.com, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address.
Any shipping damage must be reported to peacock1957.com or shop@peacock1957.com within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.
